I didn't go to a single game until I met my fiance. Now for the past 5 years we've gone to at least one game. When we were broke we got general admission tickets, but now we like to buy tickets for reserve seats. Say what you want about the atmosphere of the bleachers... its exciting, but I hate waiting in line forever to get in, and then sitting in the sun and heat! My favorite game was probably the game prior to the championship game two years back I think... when the Oregon Beavers won. That game was really good and we were seated next to all the Oregon Fans. Their excitement was really infectious! In fact, I think it is the excitement that all the out of towners bring to the CWS that makes it so much fun, and I'll continue going to games or just hanging out nearby people watching, even when it moves to downtown!

I have never been to a single game. My parents just never got into it....and I guess I just never have. I love baseball...and will watch the Huskers on TV...but just don't really get into college baseball otherwise.

I'm not a fan of baseball and I'm not a fan of the ordeal of even being around the stadium then, but I get tix from work so I go to at least one game and give the rest away.

Been going down there for the last 12 years, I have not been to a single game. We just hang out and have fun, do a lot of people watching and enjoy the crowds, vendors, activites and Zesto's.

This will one of the last years down there, the new generation of the CWS is not going to be the same. It is no longer going to be a city wide festival, it is going to be a steral regulated event.......... it will not have the same feeling as it does now.

Enjoy it while you can......Remember it for what it once was.....it will be missed.

Good lord. The CWS sucks and one of the reasons I don't like going is because it's an unregulated hillbilly fest in the middle of nowhere.

I'm going to forwarn you, and please don't take offense. I'm guessing he is referring to the Southern baseball fans.

I have a blast every year and appreciate the out of town money that is spent.
