Default Can Someone Explain?...... Pride Parade

Ok, we get it "your here, your Q%##$, get used to it" seen the drag queens and the dudes running around with the flags.

But can someone explains this to me, women running around dressed like Priests.....

See Pictures;

Is this a flip off to the Catholic Church? or Are these women nuns who want to be Priests?

Please explain....

Actually, she dresses like a female minister I know from the Metropolitan Community Church. Why are you offended? Other religious sects wear clerical collars and black clothing, not just Catholic clergy. Chill out.

It seems kind of strange to me. Rather provocative. But I suppose that might just be the point.

Maybe they're some kind of ministers. I don't know. It looks like you took these in front of the Embassy Suites. We were over there. I might have even seen you taking pictures.

Yeah, we know. But let's face it. If she had gotten a ticket for flagrantly breaking a well known law, it would have been discrimination.

Are the rules for motorcycle helmets the same for mopeds?

I'm not sure the same rules apply in parades. Those old men who ride the little go carts (shriners?) wear goofy looking hats and nothing else. Those are motorized vehicles aren't they? Plus, they're going all of 3 miles per hour?

No I am not offened, just wondering the point behind this.

Which brings me to another question?

Why is it that when a striaght person asks a question about the gay community, gay's get their hackles up and start getting ready for a fight.

Can't we just talk and have a conversation without all the friction?
