I think Miami Heights is fine - but that's largely because it's a gated community. But the 30th & Lake area is not prime real estate.

I figured it was gated. But no, that area is certainly not prime real real estate. I browsing home in the area today actually, and they were... pretty cheap. Hopefully something amazing happens in north O. I don't know what, but something.
