Default Is there a place in town that sells coconut oil?

Just wondering what place I can go to to buy some coconut oil after work today. Would a grocery store have it or would it be at one of those all natural stores like whole foods or something like that or maybe a bath and body or something. My face has dry skin spots on it for awhile now and someone told me to try this. I did alright research and it seems like it has a bunch of good things that it does.

I believe I saw it on the bottom rack in the Hy-Vee at 180th and Q Street. It comes in a jar and it is solid at room temp. I don't know if the other Hy-Vees carry it or not.

Walmart carries Coconut oil. It's with the regular oil and is the same exact stuff you will find at the health food store for 1/3 of the price.

Extra virgin coconut oil applied topically (rub in after shower or bath) will almost instantly cure any ringworm or fungal infection on the skin!

Yes, Whole Foods will have several varieties/brands, for sure!

I actually find coconut oil a little drying for my skin. I'd recommend jojoba oil since it is very similar to the skin's natural oil.

But, I like a tiny bit of coconut oil on my hair and it's a decent cooking oil too. Both can be found at whole foods, for a price.

Make sure you get the Virgin/Cold Pressed, that hydrogenated/refined stuff you find in supermarkets is TRASH!

It's kind of expensive ($13.00 for a 16 oz jar), so as soon as I save up some money, I'm going to buy a 5 Gallon from starwest-botanicals, they have it for only $260 i believe

Co-sign, it's helped alot with my scalp, it no longer itches

For best results, your supposed to "eat" it also, and it will strengthen your immune system. many people have told me they've never been sick or gotten a cold since taking VCO on a regular basis.

I found a site called lauricidin.com which says they've basically extracted the main thing from VCO, and you would have to take about 20 Tablespoons of VCO to get the same amount that is in a Lauricidin Capsule. what do u guys think?
