Louisville or Blair
We're moving to Nebraska, and trying to decide between Louisville and Blair. We have small children so schools are important. And both offer the land and space we want. Any and all opinions on which we should choose and why?
Thanks everybody,
Dionne

Blair is bigger than Louisville, if that matters to you. Both are about the same distance from Omaha. I know more people from Blair, and they all say it's a nice place to live. Blair also has Dana College. I would recommend Blair, simply for the fact that it's a larger town, more housing/better opportunity/food/amenities.

BTW:
Blair has several great cities nearby that are on HWY 30
Kennard and Arlington and Fremont to the west and Missouri Valley to the east
and Fort Calhoun to the south east of Blair on Hwy 75
speaking of Blair:
where is the Driftwood Inn in Blair Nebraska?
people keeping tell me about it and is it as good to eat at as people say it is

I would tend to choose Louiseville. Nice little town, plus close proximity to both Omaha and Lincoln. Lots of great little towns and unique things to do in the surrounding counties - plus with Sarpy County no need to venture into Omaha for normal activities.

since I have two boys, I think Louisville might be fun with all the State Rec. parks nearby, lots of fishing, swimming, biking. anything fun like that in Blair???
