I'm sure everything is somewhere in town but I was looking to get a good list going of everything before I make a decision of what I want to do. I am trying this for multiple reasons.

1) Trying to break out of my shell(shyness) I have been shy all my life

2) More conifidence

3) Learn a few skills

4) Get into better shape

I am 24 years old 5'11 and around 180 lbs athletic build with alittle bit a chub around the stomach area, I try to work out around 5 days a weeks, just to give you an idea about me.A few things that might factor in whether I can do certain things or not are. I have club feet (pigeon toes) I also have one kidney but I would say that's not as much of a factor as maybe club feet might be. I say that might be a factor because my g/f thinks it might effect things such as breaking boards in martial arts. Let me know what you guys think

Alright now change of question, I think I decided I want to get into boxing. Now has anybody done this around town? If so got any recommendations for gyms or trainers to look at?
