I personally appreciate and enjoy the high quality of life that we enjoy in Omaha. There is a limit to the amount of taxes that I will support but for me I'm not near that point.

I always hear people talk about how Iowa taxes are so much better than ours. But have you noticed anywhere you cross into Iowa form Nebraksa how the road immediatly detiorates in quality?

We pay more and in my opinion, we get more.

I agree, we get far more than what we pay for. Think of it this way, because of the Qwest Center holding the Swim Trials in 2008, Omaha was mentioned over 2,000 times world wide during the Olympics. Talk about publicity, and now we have it in 2012, and have you taken a look at the Downtown master plan lately? Perhaps you should.
