Don't count on it. I've been to several Rock Bottoms and the place generally lives down to its name. It's pretty much what you'd expect of a nationwide chain brewpub. The only one I've been to that is slightly redeeming is the downtown Chicago location, and that's because the brewmaster has some latitude to brew his own stuff alongside the corporate recipes and sometimes he makes good use of it.

Their food is usually good though.

Anyone who has had really good REAL BBQ is not going to miss Famous Dave's. Chain places just don't have the good stuff, chopblock, you would most likely be shocked with the garbage that is sold as BBQ in my state.

I think that Jim's Rib Haven is really good bbq. I have had bbq all over the country and think that it stacks up pretty well. My favorite bbq is Arthur Bryants down in KC.

BBQ in Omaha is like the chinese food you get in Iowa(usually prepared by mexicans.)
