Sixty-three views and not one comment on the Husker/Sooner game???
What is up with this? I know that people are looking at the thread that I recently posted regarding the game but I am baffled by the fact that I had to comment on my own post?? There is not ONE comment from anyone.
Come on guys/girls...give me some feedback on what you think or what your predictions are regarding the Husker/Sooner game coming up on November 7th at Memorial Stadium?? Is anyone going? Will anyone be watching the game on TV? Just curious. I know there has to be Husker fans out there ...somewhere...anywhere...

Honestly. That game is no more relevant to me than the level of dryness on the ashy feet of a middle-aged wanderer in the slums of Mozambique.

This isn't really much of a sports forum. There are probably other places you could get a rousing thread started about the NU/OU game, like www.huskersportstalk.com

Not true.. I have seen many threads on various states on this forum that talk about sports...Hmmmm . I bet in 1994/1995 I would have recieved a lot of responses.. Interesting. I guess there isn't as many "Big Red" fans as there used to be...

not really a husker fan or hater
I BTW am glad they won on Thursday
we should be hoping they win the next 3 games (Texas Tech and Baylor and Iowa state
and also wish them the best on 11-7-2009
the 11-7-09 game shouldnt be our concern til after the next 3 games are over

I could care less about the Huskers, to me Husker Red Celebrates Nebraska's Bigoted Red State Mentality!

Yes, your responses are as equally thought out I see. But it is a good point though. The athletic world already shuns gays, mix that in with old fashioned Nebraska bigotry and you have a situation that is truly Nebraskan.

Well let me chime in here and get back on topic. I have never heard anything about bigotry in Nebraska , I just know that from past experience the "Big Red" fans were amazing. I really can say that there wasn't/isn't too many college stadiums that could pack out a red and white crowd like Memorial Stadium.
I know one thing for sure. Oklahoma IS NOT doing their best this year and I think the game on November 7th is going to be great. Hopefully you guys will take a look and get excited about football again. I know... it hasn't been the same without Coach Tom Osborne... Wow!! What a name and what a reputation the Huskers have down here in Oklahoma . I have only heard good things about the Huskers here in Okie home of the Sooners which makes me proud of my home town (Omaha). I am not sure what side I will be on or who I will be cheering for but you can be sure I will be watching...
