I Googled it and got this link that might help: Bethlehem Covenant Church - Evangelical Covenant Church

Your FM may have some difficulty finding a church that will let them get married there just for the setting.

I bet the smaller country churches will let you. The only issue is the minister may not participate in the ceremony if you don't counsel with him or subscribe to the churches belief statements. If you are not a person of faith and just want the setting a large number will rent you their facility, they just won't participate in the sanctioning of the marriage by being in the ceremony.

As an atheist, my knowledge of this topic is only so broad, however, my father attended a church in Omaha called Vineyard that he speaks highly of non stop. He is not extremely religious by any means; this church seems to take a more fun, laid back approach to worshiping.
But, like I said, I really have no idea.

St John Vianney is where I attend as well, Father Pat is excellent. I highly recommend it.

For Sunday services try Grace Reformed @ 93rd and Fort -- 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Fairly small (under 300 combined between two services) but solid teaching, none of the watered-down, lukewarm stuff that some other denominations or independent churches are getting in to. Mix of traditional and contemporary worship songs.
