I go to Gamers. I've just found them to be better than GameStop.

They do vary by location--I like the one on 144th and Center and if I can't go there I go to 72nd and Dodge.

And you do get more for an in-store credit than cash. So if you can, buy your Wii from them with trade-in credit.

I like gamestop better than gamers. If you get a gamestop card for something like ten bucks a year you get their magazine each month and ten percent off used stuff, plus an extra ten percent in credit. I really can't stand gamers. They have some of the worst employees ever, not to mention meth heads trying to sell stacks of hot games. Just so you know, neither place will give you much of anything for snes games, unless you have final fantasy III or something, or your 64. My guess is you'll feel like your getting totally ripped. They prob won't even buy most of that stuff.

While we're on the topic, do any of you know of any store that still carries used old original NES games? I never see them at Game Stop anymore, wondering if any other places might still have some. I have a working NES and an emulator system, and I love playing some of those oldies. I know I can get some on eBay, but I'm cheap about shipping...

I would call around, really. But I can't honestly remember any game store I've been to in Omaha (I've lived here for about 4 years) that has ever carried SNES games.

not to say it doesn't exist, but it's not a big enough market that I can even remember. Which means that even if any of the stores WOULD accept SNES games, they won't give you more than probably a few bucks. You'd probably have better luck trying to sell them on eBay or even lost-sock.net (it's like eBay except everything is free to list and it's geared more toward the younger crowd, so you'll probably get more people interested).
