Apartment question/help
Hi guys!
Need help quickly as we're headed out there in less than 3 weeks. We were looking into Papillion but didn't find any 3 bedroom apartments, we used sites such as rentnet, forrent, apartmentguide with no luck.
Are there any other apartment communities that perhaps are not advertised in those sites that may possibly have 3 bedroom apartments?.
We have found a couple places in La Vista but the reviews are horrible and we're not sure if to just suck it up and go with one of those as time is running out or keep checking.
Important factors for us are being in a good school district which we've heard Papillion/La Vista is, low crime/safe environment. Things such as shopping etc are just a added bonus and I don't mind driving out to any of it as the most important thing is to have good schools for my kids and a safe community.

What's your price range?
You can sometimes rent an entire house for the price of a 3br apartment. I've seen several listings in the 900-1500 price range for full houses in Papillion and West Omaha.

For $1000 you can rent a pretty nice 3-bedroom house in that area. Check the local newspapers and Craigslist....although be aware that on Craigslist you have to sift through the crap and scams, but there are plenty of legit ads to be found.
