anyone find it a bit insulting for it being possibly put on webster street

(and I dont recognize webster being called mike fahey street)

considering what Fahey did to the stadium and some of his comments about 13th street regarding the area around the stadium.

I would prefer to see it near Slowdown

new stadium and Slowdown and Zesto's = great combo

What? You mean abandon a rapidly decaying stadium in South Omaha in favor of a new state of the art stadium in the heart of the city?

that will get used about 2 weeks a year while the team that used to play in the "rapidly decaying stadium" moves out of the city?

THAT TEAM WAS LEAVING "THE RAPIDLY DECAYING STADIUM" REGARDLESS! The point of the new stadium was to secure to CWS for the next quarter century and to accumulate at least 40 million in revenues annually because of that. Damn I'm tired of the naysayers who have absolutely no argument to support their anti-dowtown stadium rhetoric.
