So a would be robber walks in with a gun and starts making threats and demands. Then another customer walks out of the candy aisle and blasts him with his gun. Robbers better think twice about who is in the store when you decide to rob it. . haha

^ That's not the way the report stated it. Sounds more like the robber was in the store, and an innocent person happened to walk in and got gunned down.

On the other hand, there's absolutely no question that the shooting at the JnD Foods on 24th was gang-related.

This is a case where there's a very good argument to be made for removing the word "victim" from any and all reports. He's not a victim. He's a participant.

Yet again - as always - family and friends are claiming that the "victim" of the drive-by shooting on 24th Street was a wonderful, law-abiding, upstanding citizen.

What a load of BS.

The writer of the article is careful to note that victim didn't have any "serious" run-ins with the law. What? So because he hadn't yet murdered anybody he was a veritable Ghandi? "Yeah, I mean, he raised a little hell & everything, but nothing serious."

I don't think so Tim...

Yeah. Admittedly, the "reported story" is often not the "real story."

Personally, I would love nothing more than to know that an armed idiot went in to rob a store, and got shot and killed by an angry citizen.

You're in a Walgreens. I could have improvised something out of a lighter and a can of hairspray. He would never expect a guy coming out of the incontinence aisle weilding a blow torch!
