It's a low-cost organic/natural foods store. Great fresh foods, great service, and great prices. If priced like the ones in Arizona, a typical grocery trip there would be significantly less than one to HyVee and No Frills, exceptionally less than Whole Foods, and probably on par with Fareway.

It's not anything like a World Market. It's like Whole Foods meets Fareway without the meat counters (though they still have great packaged meats, deli items, and entrees!)

Omaha is getting a Trader Joe's. Excellent!
I highly doubt they would ever put a location in Kansas City.

I love Trader Joes. I visit friends in Albuquerque every few months and there is one there.

Why would they not put a location in KC? and I'm rather surprised to see that there aren't locations in either KC OR Denver.

Have shopped in Seattle when visiting my son. Pretty cool sore. My partner works at Whole Foods in Omaha and was excited about Trader Joe's. Hope they open more!!!

Great store. I'm about 10 minutes from 2 TJ's. Their house wines are very good and very cheap. They are much more affordable than Whole Foods.

They actually have two of them in Albuquerque now. One in Uptown and one in the Paseo del Norte area.

I was surprised that they aren't in KC and Denver yet - wow!

Anyway, glad to hear they are expanding into the Omaha market - enjoy!

We have several here in Chicago. Love that place!

There are some in Minnesota, and they are awesome. I did find the prices a little higher, but well worth it.
