Hey everyone, this seems like a helpful forum so let me know if you have any ideas please.

I'm looking for a commercial kitchen to rent time in. Preferably it would contain large and/or multiple ovens. I wouldn't need much time, just a few hours per week.

I am licensed and insured as well.

Any ideas??

I did a little looking around on this subject a year ago and the cheapest and nicest places were gas stations that prepare food. They were flexible on the hours. Most of them were pretty reasonably priced (obviously they wanted to make sure that I wasn't doing anything that was going to be direct competition to them). You would have to look and see which ones have the appropriate equipment for you, but I had good luck going that route.

Hi BetterLifeOmaha,
Could you tell me which gas station would help me with renting thier commercial kitchen? I am ready to split the yearly license fees that they incur for commercial food establishment. I am looking to start my own catering business.
