I've been kind of surprised at Placentia home prices. Aside from the La Jolla neighborhood (along Anaheim border) most of the home prices are higher than I expected. Placentia prices, on average of course, seem to have held up a bit better than Fullerton. Is this my imagination or is there a reason for this?
