Here's another old defunct one. The Goofoffers at what used to be Richard's Lido Market in Newport Beach on Via Lido (now a Vons or something). John Wayne was one of many notable regulars and regulars had their own coffee mugs on a rack there.

Yeah, not surprised. There must be hundreds of present or former Harrys Cafes all over the USA. Even more Joes, Marys, etc.

I keep thinking of all the great Mom n Pops' that are closed and demolished. Depressing. But I think this one is still going: The Original Pancake House on Lincoln in Anaheim. Absolutely fits the requirements. (If it's still there.)

oops.......just googled the La Palma and one of the reviews said the chicken pie doesn't have peas and carrots in it, just meat and gravy....jeez....is this some sort of communist plot??
