Alton parkway extension (Foothill Ranch: area, nursery, ranch)

I would like your opinions on how this Alton parkway extension will affect the Foothill Ranch community.

Like any other extension into raw/rural use land... it'll open that area up to further development, take out the nursery and increase traffic loads on the area.

Until that happens, it'll lessen the load on Bake Pkwy which gets really busy.
