My guess is he's talking about some neighborhoods. I know the "bad" neighborhoods in my little burg and I certainly know the "bad" neighborhoods in little rock arkansas. I tend not to go there but word tends to "get around" about those places.

Alicia El-Amin has lived in the area all of her life and says she does not see crime in her neighborhood. "No, not out here because everyone knows each other,” she said.

"It's just disappointing,” said Mayor Mark Stodola. "Their information that they put on here and how they've come to that conclusion is based on faulty extrapolations of numbers and locations geographically."

He points to Little Rock's reduction in crime, especially since the early 1990's when there were up to 29,000 crimes reported. "This is only the 4th year in the last 20 where we have had under 18,000 crimes reported to the FBI,” he said.

Stodola adds neighborhoodscout.com’s reference to Roosevelt and Bond is shocking since it's an industrial area. "You've got the Clinton Library, Heifer International here,” he says........

San Bernardino County doesn't have to +/- = San Bernardino City.

Lucerne Valley is on the complete other side of the mountains from San Bernardino. A whole 'nother world.
