Default Fabulous Orange County Weather

If anyone wonders why residents of Orange County are willing to put up with the high prices, crowded freeways, inane governmental agencies and sometimes overly-aggressive sheriffs, all they need to do is to experience days like yesterday and today and nights like the one we had last night.

I took an afternoon dip in my pool then soaked up some rays, rolled my BBQ grill out under the evening sky to cook pool-side, then had an after dinner soak in my hot tub while listening to the subtle sounds of the evening come to life.

I was out at about midnight in shorts and a t-shirt, looking at the brilliant crescent moon and identifying constellations in the cloudless sky, while a gentle breeze from the southwest brought the faint scent of the seashore all the way to Tustin.

Simply Fabulous!!

Yes, the weather's great but its hard to justify 3x the cost unless money is no object to you.

Its suppose to hit 100F this afternoon in my city here in southwest Wisconsin. The last time we were above 100F was July of 2006...

We have no spring here...its either winter or summer.

Money is no object to me because I don't have any. I live in OC because the OC poverty line is so much higher that I can be completely broke while still living in a nice rental surrounded by beautiful weather and by people who generally don't want to steal from me to support their drug habits.

I agree OP! We did the same, hit the pool, grilled some steaks, watched the sunset, it was amazing.

It's even better when those days come in February and the rest of the country is under two feet of snow.
