Are there any decent video arcades still in existence that have classic games from the 70's and 80's? Maybe even a selection of mechanical pinball machines?

That have classic games? None that I know. That have any games? Nickel Nickel across from Cypress College and Dave and Busters(multiple locations) are the two that come to mind.

Oddly enough, my local laundry mat has the best pinball game ever created(Addams Family).

I think some of the video arcades are still in operation on the Balboa peninsula. I remember that's where we used to go as kids. Last time I was there (about a year ago), I remember seeing at least one that was still open.

It's 4 hours away but if you like pinball machines, you should check out the Pinball Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, NV. They have over 200 pinball machines from 1930-present, as well as handful of classic arcade games.

Knowlwoods Hamburgers in Santa Ana used to have a few classic arcade/pinball games. Not sure whether they are still there.

A few weeks agi gong through Balboa, I noted several of the old arcades are no longer video game arcades. I did nto pay attention enough to see how many, if any were still there.

It looks like most of them are gone. Maybe someday there will be a renewed interest in antique video games. One can hope....
