I recently entered the 73 toll road from Aliso Creek Rd, in Aliso Viejo. I had several dollar bills with me but when I got the toll booth the change machine would not accept any of the bills and the light was lit for it not being in service.
Does anyone know what you need to do in order to avoid a 'evasion' fine in this instance?

What I did was called the toll-road number, explained it an they charged me the price it was over the phone via credit card. Just one of those annoying calls you gotta make. I'd make sure to do it soon though in case they think you're lieing after you get the ticket. Just my 2 cents, hope this helped =)
