I'd live in HB and make the drive up PCH. You couldn't pay me to live in LB, revitalized or not.

I am pretty sure the OP won't see this thread. As you can see, it was posted nearly a year and a half ago.

Regardless, Long Beach is sort of a mixture of LA County culture/ghettoness and Orange County nice-ness. For $400k I would much rather be somewhere safe and clean like Mission Viejo though.
