You're giving 'luck' quite a lot of responsibility there. Warren buffet isn't the world's most educated man, yet he's the richest. Education does not always correlate wih the level of wealth you possess and there's nothing 'lucky' happening when you invest, that's a tough decision. Bonds aren't too great either, part of an investment portfolio rather than the foundation of wealth imo.

Rancho Capistrano is a church, conference center, wedding chapel, and private school found by evangelist Robert A. Schuller of the Crystal Cathedral. It is a beautiful property located at the far north end of the city of San Juan Capistrano just south of the In N Out in Laguna Niguel and the Laguna Niguel Metrolink station off Avery/Camino Capistrano. My daughter's nationally recognized (in the soccer world) soccer club, the Southern California Blues, is lucky enough to have a deal with Rancho Capistrano to use the beautiful fields as the home base for the soccer club. Here are some beautiful pics of this place:
