I wouldn't kill the person. Property crimes don't warrant death. You do realize that, don't you?

Well not freaking out because he put his hands to the side and not on his knees is probably a start.

Not putting on gloves and telling him I am about to ef him up would probably be something else.

Amazing what happens when cooler heads prevail, it's too bad most cops in Orange County are total goons.

-Sincerley,
A non felon.

Do what I've always done, hold them for the cops. If they run, they run. I'm not shooting someone for damaging my car.

how would u have handled it? what if it was your car that was smashed? how would u handle it? or what if you were the cop and the angry citizen wants u to "do something" about his car. how would u handle it? lots of cop hate threads on CDF mostly posted by felons.
Lots of cops are *******s. Lots of cops are not.

Coming from a family of LEO's I can assure that those choirboys gave that man a good ol fashion tuning up.

Just so everyone remembers

Hold him at gunpoint, like I've always done. It works, really it does.

I don't leave unsigned rep comments.

crazy people are not intimidated by guns friend ---he will jump on you and disarm you and use it on u-- pointing guns at people with no intention to use it will get u beat up in a jiffy, maybe even killed. if u use it u r on your way to jail with your cop buddies. u just shot an unarmed crazy man. think this one thru friend.

much easier to talk trash about cops on CDF than to be one.

I never said I had no intention of using it, just that I wouldn't shoot if he ran away. I'm now repeating myself, so it's time to back away for awhile.
