Its weird seeing them drive around and talk about areas I know very well. I'd say he's pretty right on about a lot of those houses being owned by people who got in when things were more affordable in the 60's or 70's. I know so many old people in HB sitting pretty in their $800k+ houses with 3 empty bedrooms. Meanwhile their kids had to move to Corona and drive in every day because they can't afford $800k for a tract house.
