I'll be switching on the utilities in a few weeks, just closed on a place on Harbor/Lincoln. My condo is prewired for high speed internet/ethernet, but I can only choose between those two ISPs.

Does anyone have experience with these two companies in the Anaheim area, and can you give your opinion on which service provider you have, and if you're happy with them?

I really only use the internet for some light gaming, web browsing, streaming music, and youtube.

I've been using Cox Communications at the place I'm currently living at. The internet speeds are very good, but the service is quite expensive.

I like Time Warner for their fast Internet speeds with either 15Mbps or 20Mbps as they use cable, but they are expensive when I was in OC. However in Riverside County, I have used AT&T U-Verse DSL with 12 MBps and they are slow, but cheaper.

If you can get U-verse, get it.

Time Warner has way to many service interruptions, and an incompetent customer service call center (based in the Philippines)

FiOS would be your best option, if available.

Go with TWC if you enjoy having your connection drop on you during peak hours and dealing with god awful technical support and customer service.

I love Uverse! We've been customers for two years and I have nothing but praises for them.
