So after calling the code enforcement to discuss my neighbor's gardening habits the city worker told me a little more about the city of Cypress.
Apparently in the city of cypress we pay no utility taxes, but the thing is i have no idea what this is. What other cities are there where people pay no utility taxes???

La Mirada has no utility tax.
Look at this too:
