I cancelled my purchase of the condo. Didn't feel comfortable.

I think I would have done the same thing had I been in your position with those nagging doubts. I was also wondering what impact, if any, the lines could have had on your dog's health?

Happy hunting wherever you decide to live.

Just out of curiosity, where exactly are the condos located that you were looking at (if you are comfortable disclosing that)?

I was wondering about my dog too! He was so happy running around out there but I just looked at his little body and it made me sad. People have lived there for 20 years and been fine, and had dogs too, I just couldn't do it though. Plus I work from home so I would have no escape.

I'm hesitant to mention the name because it really is a very pretty development. It's not pink like all the others and they aren't packed too much on too of each other. It's very French chateau looking. And I am one of your pickiest buyers!!! It is off of cedarbrook and Aliso viejo parkway. They really are great, I almost just bought a super cute 2 bedroom in there away from the lines (even 20 feet further is fine), but I found an amazing redone 2 bedroom town home in Laguna niguel I am going for instead. Further south but an amazing property.

Thanks all for reading and for the support! Oh and my agent lives in the Aliso development as well, she's been there on and off for years. I am the first one to come along and worry about the lines She is incredible and knows a ton about the area if anyone wants her info!!

That was my guess about the location. It is really nice over there.

Kinda like buying a blue car, when you really wanted a red car.

In the back of your mind you'll always be saying, I really wanted a red car.

Laguna Niguel is a very nice area too, one of the towns I'm looking into for when my time comes. Best of luck to you!

It sure is! Pretty swanky. Very quiet too.

And so true about the red and blue car! I have no regrets about the decision at ALL. That tells me it was the right choice!!
