Thumbs up Relocating to Mission Viejo from PA, question?

I lived in Mission Viejo when I was in my early years (around 7 yrs old in the mid 80's) and would like to move back. I am married with 2 kids and one more on the way. I looked at home prices, even foreclosure prices too. But I am having some trouble finding some information about the utilities and there expenses in MV. Could someone shed some light on the expenses and there costs for me?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Doug

Try http://realtor.com. You can make pretty much any search you want. Then once you find a house you like, click on neighborhood info.

I know this home is expensive, but here you can see the statistics of Mission Viejo. It is the best place to raise a family in the whole country, in my opinion.
