Please give any and all opinions:

1 story 1600 sq/ft Huntington Beach pool home with a pool. The home AC and heat will NEVER be used.
What would the following cost (best guess) for a single person:

Water___
Electricity____
Trash____
Gas????_____

The only thing that will be used in the house is TV, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, room lights and shower of course.

What is the minimum? Am I leaving out any utilities?

Thnx in advance.

This sounds about right give or take $50 depending on your usage and if its older pool equipment. Water evaporates and it may have a automatic refill equipment to keep water at certain level.
I have a 1800 sq ft townhouse and my utilities are about 200 We have a pool but its a townhome complex so I'm adding a conservative 25 for pool and 25 for trash since our cost is spread over all the units to a even 200 to give you a rough idea

Water, sewer, trash: $55/mo (this is collected by the city of Huntington beach on a single bill)
Electricity: $40/mo
Gas: $25/mo

I'm also in a single story home, 1700 sq ft in HB (no pool though, the pump/filter might add a bit to your electricity bill and I'm assuming the pool is unheated).

In the winter the gas bill is more like $50/mo since we have a gas heater. I know you say you won't ever use the heater, but it gets pretty cold in HB in the winter, it'll be in the high 50s indoors when its in the 40s outdoors.

I lived in Huntington Beach for a number of years in a 1200sq ft house, but without a pool.

Water and trash combined: $55/month
Electricity: $30-45/month
Gas: $10-20/month warmer months, $50-90/month colder months

You will use the heat Nov-March. Being on the coast, it is often damp and gets quite cool.
