I'm going to be in Laguna Beach's HIP District this Friday. I'm leaving very early from the San Fernando Valley, because I don't want to deal with the traffic going into West L.A. Is there all day parking somewhere in the HIP District? I looked online, and couldn't find any specifics. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

There is plenty of all day parking in the residential streets just east of PCH. You may have to walk a few blocks, but you'll be fine and won't have to pay for metered parking. Just watch for signs (street sweeping, etc) and be sure to not block sometimes unnoticeable driveways. Also, the HIP district -- you'd never know it was there because there aren't signs. It's just a Laguna way of generalizing an area. Make sure you know the address where you're heading. Have fun!
