Lofts for rent in Downtown Brea, Birch Promenade?
My partner and I currently live in Brea and love it. We are looking to relocate in March and are looking for maybe a condo or loft to rent. Anybody know who to contact or where to look to find condos or lofts to rent? We prefer Brea, but love downtown Fullerton too. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Orrrr....
In addition to lofts does anyone recommend any reasonably priced apartments (2bd, 2bath) with washer and dryer included in those areas (Brea, downtown Fullerton)? Much appreciated!

I live in the lofts across from the movie theaters in downtown Brea. They are managed by Coreland Companies in Tustin. The contact info is written on the gated entrance next to Club 330.
