Brookfield..they have also project at Lake Forest

I didn't buy into this development, but it's nearby.

Turnberry New Home Community - Anaheim - Orange County, California | Lennar Homes

Supposedly its ~460k for a 1500 s.f. townhome which is in the same ball park as I paid.

The Domain by Brookfield in Anaheim is pretty nice. The location's great, right next to the packing district.
