Default Vista Oceana condos in San Clemente
Hi, does anyone know about the Vista Oceana condos in San Clemente? My nephew is thinking of renting a unit there or possibly buying.

I know the building is on the Ocean side, but it does not looks so great in the few photos I have seen via zillow. Is it a seedy place??

What about SC and SW SC? I have never been. It looks nice on paper.

Any and all feedback is appreciated.
