I completely disagree with this. I have had to deal with Mitch for about 5 years and unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with his company. The only person at his office that actually talks to you is the receptionist, whether you leave him a message with her or his voicemail, HE NEVER RETURNS CALLS!!!
He has poor customer service. Doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. This makes him completely unprofessional in my book. Fortunately, we are doing something about it.
Save yourself time and hassel and headache - DO NOT USE FOCUS FINANCIAL - at least don't try to deal with Mitch Mullens. We are sincerely NOT HAPPY.

*We have been going to Mitch for over 10 years. Once we move out of state we will fly back to have him do our taxes - He's that good. He has people in Iraq (military), and clear around the country that he does taxes for. Once you go to Mitch, you won't go anywhere else. Ever.
