API scores are better in Anaheim, but Corona has better programs (more IB/AP classes overall). The two are very very comparable.

I know I'm rather late to the party on this one, but since I live in the 92807 (though where I live is not really inside the Anaheim Hills development, but is in one of the older tracts between the river and the freeway, known locally by a few as "Riverdale") I felt I just had to add my two cents.
I would not agree, that1guy, that Anaheim Hills and Corona are VERY much alike, beside what others have already have pointed out about test scores, incomes, home values, etc. Here is why, without putting down either area:
CORONA is a political entity; it is an incorporated city. It has a city center (including a traffic circle) with various types of neighborhoods radiating every which way. Much has been built in recent years, but there are still older, established neighborhoods. The city, according to Wikipedia, was founded in 1886.
ANAHEIM HILLS is a giant subdivision, NOT a political entity. It is comprised of large fragments of land in zip codes 92807 and 92808. The vast majority of the homes are from the sixties and forward, so it is generally a much newer area (yeah, I know, DUH). It really does not have a city center per se, though one might make a case for the shopping area at Santa Ana Canyon and Imperial, since it is smack dab in the middle of the 92807, but......
Also, in response to that one who said that those in Anaheim Hills do not care what goes on in the rest of the city (I forget whether it was this thread or another), I would say, "you should". Those taxes that the city of Anaheim collects from the property owners and business owners/corporations therein fund city services and programs ALL OVER the city, whether east or west, hills or flats, wherever.
Just my thoughts.
