Our lease just ended after a 2yr agreement.
Just increased 175.00 per month.

We've been excellent tenants, always paid rent one month ahead.

Decided to move and using this new forum to search for anyone renting out a home to worry free tenants.

Will consider long term lease.

Thx
Linda

Your location, type/size of housing needed, pets, price range and what location you're looking to move to would help

Yea can't help you without a geographical location. check craigslist. I found my townhouse on CL, and I'm hoping to purchase it from my landlords next year. It was a good deal but it took a couple months to find something because of low inventory. good luck with your search.

That's exactly what I am looking for.
What a deal!
Best of luck in your own home!

I currently live in Cypress; I love it here. But will be forced to move.

Would love to stay in the area and eventually buy or rent to buy.

Linda

again it took a long time and you have to be ready to move. 100 people will call for one advertisement. There really isn't a lot of inventory so landlords are charging top dollar. If mynlandlords decide to not sell and move back within 5 years I'm not sure what I will do. Depends on if things get more affordable. I love CA but I'm willing to go back east of it gets too expensive. I'm used to a higher quality of life and jobs than pay more money!
