School in Georgia will be around $23,000 a year but in California at a community college it's like $10,000 I've looked and they have plenty of scholarships and different ways to pay for school rather than at the school in Georgia plus in Californiai would have a rent free home and almost all my basic needs met rather then being in Georgiawhere I would have to get an apartment and pay for everything alone due to the area I stay lacks colleges in the area so I would have to travel farther for better schooling here.

Thanks to everyone, I have decided to go to UNG and just stay in Georgia until after I graduate.

Default Good choice

Good choice. While there are plenty of tech jobs in and around Irvine, the pay is not really that great for how expensive it is to live here. I have friends who have moved to Charlotte, Dallas, Seattle, Portland, Atlanta and all are making just as much as (or more than) they were making here in OC, with a much more affordable cost of living.
