what does your lease/rental contract say about parking space use?
my agreement includes a stipulation that only working motorvehicles can be parked in my space unless i get permission for another |

Do you really want to get evicted over this? Have you looked at what you'd have to spend on rent in the current market if you got the boot? Right or wrong, when you're month to month, you can find yourself looking for a new place to live on short notice.

Check your lease... most have a provision that only currently licensed and operable vehicles may park on site.
My city will actually come on to private property and tow vehicles with expired tags visible from the street... Does the trailer fit completely inside your designated space? I would ask the manager for options on go from there. Last year I had the same issue with one of my residents. The CC&R's for the Home Owner's association forbids any trailer, boat or RV from parking on site for more then 72 hours... Good Luck |

All these post's are correct... Unfortunately you don't get to do what you want when you rent, that's called home-ownership and even then you can't if you live in an area where there's an HOA, CC&R's etc... If you want to do what you please go and buy a piece of land in an unrestricted area, though in CA you will need a lot of $ to do that unless you want to be in the middle of the desert...
