churches to visit in OC (Lakewood, Lake Forest: live in, non-denominational, required)

I need some help here for a class assignment. I need to visit another religious church, temple, etc besides my own faith which is Catholic. I live in Cypress and I know that there are some protestant and christian churches, but I feel they are about the same. So is anyone out there familiar with this kind of thing? Also can you please tell me the hours that I can visit and what type of clothing is required to visit (casual, no jeans)?? PLEASE HELP. I am open to anything Taoism, Judaism, Hinduism!!!

Have you tried looking some up on Google or in the phone book and called them? I've been to a Jewish service and it wasn't really much different than any church I've been to. The dress was informal. I'm sure if you contact various places, someone can help you out.

There is a Mormon church on Cerritos Ave east of Bloomfield in Los Alamitos
There is a non-denominational(I guess) church called Sea Coast/Grace at Walker and Cerritos in Cypress. Catholicism is very much into ceremony, these guys are very much the opposite in my opinion.
There is a Jewish synagogue on Del Amo west of Studebaker in Lakewood.
