It was beautiful 11-12 years ago before it was built up. Lived there for a year and really enjoyed it. But I agree with you now...where? Nice buildings...very crowded like Irvine.

Irvine was a beautiful town at one time. Very charming with a small-town feel. Like I said in a previous post, it's become crowded. Very little empty space, and I'm sure, soon to be none.
