Question Which hospital is the best for RN employment in Orange County?

I am a soon to be new-grad who currently lives in Orange County. As I decide where I want to work in the future, I am curious to hear any suggestions, warning, or helpful insight on the different hospitals in the area. Thanks for the help!

Hoag, Mission Hospital, South Coast Memorial, and St. Joseph's in Orange, in my humble opinion, are excellent.

I am not a medical profesisonal, but from what I am told both Hoag (newport beach) and St Jude (fullerton) are excellent to work at.

CHOC (Children's Hospital of Orange County) and CHOC at Mission (a hospital within a hospital type thing, located on the top floor of Mission Hospital) are supposed to be excellent to work at. It is a very rewarding experience as you are helping children. I think they really interview and select staff pretty strictly because they only want the best and the nurses have to be good with kids. However, you also have to be tough and emotionally stable because it can be emotionally draining to seeing children going through horrible things like heart problems, etc... It was rated the best hospital to work at by the Orange County Register poll.
