Columbus Grove. We almost bought it there too, Mello Roos was like $7000 a year on top of property tax. High HOA as well. But that area is also near a trash location, lots of particles, not good for your lungs. We lost the deposit on a big house of 4200 sqft.

If I recall correctly, isn't that the development in Tustin on the Irvine border along Harvard Ave, north of Barranca?

Yes, some houses have Irvine addresses and Irvine school, some houses have Tustin addresses and Irvine school, and some houses have a Tustin addresses and Tustin school. Not just Tustin.

That’s because the Tustin school district boundaries overlaps Tustin and Irvine. There are schools that are borderline Santa Ana where it feels like you’re in Santa Ana. I used to do a lot of work at Tustin school district.
