Hi all

I have been looking a some properties on Calle Cuervo and Avenida Baja, can anyone tell me more about the areas, are they considered good areas and what kind of people live there?

The seaview seams kind of great, in that area, are there any building restrictions so you are insured the view in the future also.?

Any input from your point of view are apriciated.

thanks in advance

rgds Henry

Wow, that brought back some memories! My grandmother lived in Presidential Heights up until last year when she passed away at 94 She absolutly loved living there and being alone, she loved to just sit on the patio and enjoy the view while reading the newspaper. The units are older and some have been redone nicely. The neighbors tend to be older people that have lived there for a while, younger couples/singles, and then a few families. The community is very clean and well maintained and is a nice quiet place to live. The views are very nice too, not front row, but still very good. It is beautiful on a very clear day when you can see San Clemente and Catalina Islands. The neighborhood is also just up the hill from the heart of San Clemente so you are close to the local stores and the beach. Overall, it is a nice place, and my grandmother loved it and it is very safe. Enjoy San Clemente, it has one of the best climates in the world!
