looking to relocate my growing family to cypress CA. This will potentially be our forever home so we want it perfect

for current residents that reside there- how is the southern part of the city

we are specifically looking at a house south of orangewood between Valley View and Knott.

we drove by and it seemed relatively quiet and safe but that was only from observation.

we also noticed that it was part of West GG's school district which isnt necessarily a negative.

any inputs or insight will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks-
Howie

Hi Howie,

To be truthfully honest I do not know much about Cypress but based on experiences I have had there I would say it is pleasant. I however know that GG can be pretty nice in some areas. If you have a growing family I understand that safety and schools are probably your biggest concern.

Howie,

If you want to know more maybe you can message me as I cannot post my information below since it is considered to be realtor spam. But in reality, I just do my best to help people out.

The Cypress and Cerritos areas are some of the best in the area. West Garden Grove is perfectly nice as well.

There are great parks in the area, good shopping, and you can choose between three good airports for travel (LAX, Long Beach, or Orange County).

I'd keep looking in the area. Things are going fast right now, but it will settle down again.
