I didnt read this whole thread just the first two pages. All I can say is that there's a whole lot of dumb in here. I've lived in Newport Beach for the last 10 years and if you look at the median income, avg. home price, etc. there's no denying that it's one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in OC. I dont know anyone struggling to make ends meet in Newport or living beyond their means. Perhaps you're confusing NB with Costa Mexico?
