One of the cities we are considering moving to is Laguna Niguel. Anyone know which communities is best for families (i.e. lot's of kids), school (we prefer Aliso Niguel HS boundaries)? We are currently looking into San Joaquin Hills, Rancho Niguel and Rolling Hills. Anyone know anything specific about these communities as they related to family friendliness?

Hi Suzy,
Laguna Niguel is awesome for families. I've lived here for four years an love it. For schools, it really depends on your children's ages, etc. I know that many stay away from Hidden Hills elementary because of all the mexicans that live in the apartments on Tessier and Hidden Hills. I believe that about half the children at Hidden Hills are mexican. |

You already mentioned San Joaquin Hills but I'll just pipe up that it is teaming with kids. On a given weekend day, there are lots of children riding bikes and playing together.
