OC Advisor is on a distinguished road
I would definitely recommend Marblehead over Talega. There is no Mello Roos in Marblehead, you can get more home for your money, and the weather is generally a little cooler than Talega. Marblehead is also closer to the main beach, downtown San Clemente, and the freeway.

She's right, folks. Stay away from Talega. Marblehead, on the other hand, is excellent. Just stay away from the 92673 zip code. Unless, of course, you're a complete step-ford wife and/or a flaming gay guy (not that there is anything wrong with that). San Clemente is meant to be experienced living at the beach. Peace, forum.
